Many of our floral pieces are made to order for specific rooms, based on the dimensions, palette, and layout you share with the studio.
Because these arrangements are tailored to particular interiors, direct returns are limited. When something does not feel aligned with the agreed design direction, we first explore adjustments and replacements that work better in your space.
3. Issues at delivery
If an arrangement arrives with damage or appears significantly different from the design that was approved for your interiors, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the arrangement in the room so we can understand the issue clearly and propose an appropriate solution, which may include adjustments, partial credits, or a new piece.
4. Styling and consultation services
Time-based services such as onsite styling or remote consultations for floral arrangements in your interiors are usually not refundable once completed, since the value lies in the guidance and planning provided.
